Vintage Candy
Does anyone know where I can get candy from the 70s?? I'd rather not order online since I need it by the weekend- so does anyone know of any stores that sell candy from back then? TIA!

Re: Vintage Candy
although its expensive, I've had really good experiences with Dylan's candy bar. I always get my candy cigarettes from there. Good luck!!

Candy cigarettes. Oh my gosh. Haven't seen or had them in almost 20 years.

Re: Vintage Candy
They have some in the supermarket (buttons, candy cigarettes) and at the dollar stores (Charleston Chews, etc)

Re: Vintage Candy
I ordered some great stuff from economy candy and they sent it super quick!
If you order today and tell them you need it this weekend, I'll bet they can get it to you.

Re: Vintage Candy
I'd be a little skeptical about doing this...candy from the 70's might be pretty stale by now.

I was going to suggest the same place. I just went there last weekend and they have everything there! The place has been there for years!

https://www.candyfavorites.com
I just ordered something from this site in PA. It got here super fast with regular shipping, but they also have quick shipping which will get it to ya by Friday. They have lots of candy in bulk and stuff from the old days!!
ETA- If you click the more candy box at the bottom it bring you to a list that has "retro candy"

Re: Vintage Candy
Thank You everyone for your suggestions! I ordered from candyfavorites.com, and economy candy. The guy at Economy Candy is soooo nice! He even offered to bring it home with him and hand deliver it to me since I need it for Saturday! How nice was that! I will definitely order from both of these places again! Thanks again!!!!

I got the same kind of stuff for my friend's birthday party. We put the candy in dishes on the tables. Everyone loved it. The wax lips were a definite hit!!
And the guy from Economy Candy was great.
Also, if you like real black licorice (I know it's not a favorite of most people), Economy candy has some great licorice selections.
