Re: vineyard trip planning
Laurel Lake has both a covered porch to sit under and some tables out near the back in sun.

Re: vineyard trip planning
One of the nicest grounds at a vineyard that actually has good wines is Shinn Estates but they are pretty far off the beaten-track in Mattituck. I also love Macari on Sound Ave. and Wolfer on the South Shore.

Baiting Hollow has a decent-sized picnic area to sit at.
You can't bring outside food there.
Palmar has a nice area but, you should bring blankets because tables are hard to come by.
If you want a table for sure, I would do Martha Clara.

You can bring outside food to the picnic tables, but not the patio or deck. We just did it last Sunday.
