vinegar bath
DD (13 months) had a crazy poop on Saturday and then got really really irritated and fussed the next few diaper changes. I put some cream on her and rinsed with cool water. Yesterday she was a little better but was grabbing her diaper whenever she peed. She didn't look as red but is still irritated. Talked to the Ped today and he suggested giving her a vinegar bath to help with the irritation. Anyone have any experience with this? I am hoping she is just irritated and nothing more. She doesn't have a fever.
Thanks.

vinegar bath
Weird - my co-worker was telling me a nurse in the docs office told her to wet a towel with vinegar and put it on a sunburn to reduce the pain. Her mom remembers doing that YEARS ago.
What ratio did he say to use? Can you just take a cotton cloth with some on her bottom so she doesn't smell like an easter egg?

Re: vinegar bath
He said 1 cup to a full bath...I planned on rinsing her off after and i saw on various google posts that people usually dont smell like it afterwards. But supposedly its great for the skin.
