Vibrating sensation? down there
kinda throbbing, no pain at all just a sensation, every once and a while
Does this sound familiar? to anyone

Yup! It gets all tingly.  Happens when I wipe ( ) or accidentally brush something against it, or just for no reason at all sometimes.
I'm assuming it's from the extra blood flow down there.

yea it only happens once every so often, weird. But is this okay? with extra blood? normal

The extra blood flow to the area is normal. It's not that there's actual blood there... Everything is just super-sensitive down there when you are pregnant. I see that you are newly PG - congrats!  I'm about 36 weeks and definitely feeling tingly.
