Very stressed and dont know how it will work..?

Hey girls i just have to vent, My husband works for 911 and has been on nites and he just had to do his picks for the upcommming year and he got stuck on thurs fri sat nites again and this is not what we expected. The problem is that i work nites as well as a nite nursing nite manager on a unit and would have to take 2 paycuts to go do days which would be more of a pain. Plus im faced with working 3 weekend days a month regardless and my boss wont budge. So that means my son will have no sitter. My mom says she will watch the baby when ever and my mil as well but here is the thing i really dont want to rely on others, plus my mom had a brain hemmorage 2 years ago and is still recovering she is doing great but i never know when the next even will happen. My MIL well she smokes like a chimmney and I know we have told her my wishes but i dont see her following them, and she DRINKS. DH is still in denial about this. She just found and kept a job after 11 years of us being together that she can actually pay her own bills and i dont want this to be a way out for her. Im open to any suggestion anyone might have. Thanks for letting me vent. I know seems like no problem at all to some but not seeing my husband at all with my child at the same time doesnt seem right.

I have no suggestions, other than maybe a friend or sibling watching DC.
