Very Productive Day Today
Today DH & I went to Active Door & Window- who btw are a vendor on here - & picked out a new front door which they will come measure for next Saturday. We dealt with the owners son (who just got married about 5 months ago to a previous LIW member as per him) and he was wonderful to deal with!!!! We went all the way to the Holtsville location because after several emails and a phone call I felt extremely comfortable that he wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive model. In fact he specifically showed me less expensive models to fit our budget.......and the best The now give LIFamilies Members 10% discount!!!!
Our next stop was a carpet store in Rosedale where my niece got some beautiful carpets for her apartment and we ended up getting rugs for our living room, office, spare room and bed room as well as the padding to go under them. The guy is also ordering a runner to match the living room and then going to make a mat for just inside the front door from a piece of it.
I am sooooooo Happy!!!!!!

My Dh got the padding cut for one rug & that is down. Maybe tomorrow he can do more after a run to Tanger so he can get work boots.
