Very Important Question...
I am doing my first IVF cycle right now and I triggered last night for a 7:30am retrieval tomorrow. However, right now I am experiencing moderate cramping similar I guess to ovulation. I know I had at least a dozen big follicles but I am just scared that I will ovulate them and then they will not get them out tomo!! Please tell me theres nothing to worry about. I called my RE office but I don't know that this really constitutes an emergency call to service.

Re: Very Important Question...
If there was a possibility that this could happen, you would have had your retrieval today. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about, there's no way your RE would have taken a chance like this. IVF takes way too much work and meds to waste it. All your follies are on stand-by right now waiting for your ER tomorrow morning.
Good Luck!!!

Re: Very Important Question...
If the cramping is painful/concerning then call the on call nurse. You need your sleep during all of this, you know? A call can make your worries go away.
Another thought, could it be constipation? I know I dealt with that during my cycles.
Good luck!
