Vericose (sp?) Veins
Anyone have them. I think i might have one on my leg. The other night i felt like my heartbeat was down in my leg in this one area, then today i notice their seems to be what looks like a small bruise but it does not hurt to touch it like a bruise would? Is this a vericose vein? Is there anything i can do to minimize these??

Sounds like it. There's really not much you can do for it now except where support hose to minimize future ones and try not to stay on your feet for long periods of time.

I just got one! I've had spider veins for as long as I can remember and then the back of my knee was throbbing and there it was! I knew it would happen eventually since my mom's legs are full of them, but at age 32! UGH!
