Vents?

Does anyone have any vents for the day?

I’ve had a hard week. I can get into all the details, but I just need to get one vent out.

My landlord (lives below me in a separate apartment) and I are not getting along. There are a few things broken in my apartment. I have been asking for a while (2+ years) to get them fixed.

I wrote a to the point message stating what I wanted. I was probably a bit too direct, but I did it politely and in correct German.

The answer she gave me is that she will take care of the things that needs repairing eventually.

Then she starts in that I have a roommate because my SO is here with me during the week. He usually is, but he leaves on the weekend to visit his family. According to the law here, I’m allowed to have someone stay with me, but when it gets 6+weeks, then there is no leg to stand on. He has never stayed 6+ weeks with me. It’s on and off. We are currently looking for an apartment together because she seems to not really like him.

I’m sorry, but I mean do I have to ask permission for my SO to stay the night? I feel like I’m back in HS.

I was also told that I cannot ride my bicycle because she seems to think I have 4 and I have 2. She said I need to talk to STBX to get permission to ride it. She mentioned that it was decided that STBX have 2 bicycles between us. This is not in the contract.

I pay the rent on time. There were some problems at the beginning with my ex, but it has been sorted out. I can afford it. I work hard and I earn enough.

Ex’s name is on the contract still.

My husband is annoying me. It’s my birthday today so I took the day off and all I want is for him to get up and the kids ready and off to school and let me sleep in. He’s dragging his butt....

It's March and it's like the polar vortex out there.
I am not looking for spring like weather, but maybe 40 degrees would be nice?
Get above freezing?
Maybe?
I know it's been a great winter in terms of not much snow and no major storms- thankfully- but it's been brutally cold.

The giggler is in the office today.
Once a week she rotates in from one of the field offices. Ends every sentence with a lasting giggle.

Happy birthday!

My son has the flu.
My daughter went to the school nurse with a bloody nose.

I desperately need to color my hair; but since my son has the flu I had to cancel my hair appointment. Then my hair girl is on vacation, so I won't be able to get it done until the 26th. I was also supposed to see if the glass frames in the other color looked better on me before ordering new frames. But I am stuck at home. I also want to go to the gym.

Ultimately I just want my kids to feel well.

I have the flu and pneumonia... and no help with my twin toddlers... DH had a meeting he couldn’t miss and is due back soon but it was a long 8 hours alone today, needless to say my house is more trashed then normal, my kids are goldfish for breakfast and watched 4 hours of YouTube

I'm an accountant have worked three 14 hour days in a row to try to get things out on time for the a deadline. I JUST WANNA SLEEEEEP. lol.

That's the worst.......it got so bad the last few visits I cried.

I definitely cried today when I found out. He also changed my due date til 4 days later "based on the baby's measurements". If I had him in front of me rather than on the phone I probably would've strangled him.

It's okay, that's not going to kill them. They were so safe and probably happier than a pig in shit! Been there, done that, and I've done more with less. You might laugh about this one day!

You will! My daughter STILL (4 yrs later) fondly talks about the day she was allowed to watch 3 movies and eat all her meals on the couch

my kids are 5 and 7 they have an ABUNDANCE of spirit, why do i need to find funky shoes, or tie dye shirts to prove anything??

He changed your due date this late in the game? He sounds like a total quack.
