Vendor RAVE...nursery letters
I have to take a minuet to share with you my AMAZING letter *redo*. Story is...I first received DREADFUL letters from 'The Letter Boutique', a vendor I found on ebay. I HATED them. It looked like someone put them together in seconds, and it took 16 weeks to get them. The faces on the fairies...well...you can see...are just not painted by an 'artist'. Anyhow, the seller totally didnt stand behind her product and just shooed me off after expressing my displeasure in the letters. She was a nightmare. Heres her website...

be aware to stay away. While some letters look nice on her website, she has multiple artists with varying degrees of ability...I suppose I got one of the lesser ability ones. I was dooped.

Now...I sent them to an alternate vendor (I wish I found first) I found on ebay:

Her name is Jenn...and holy cow I am blown away by her ability. First off, she took the old letters to be repainted. I paid for 3 to be repainted, she repainted all the letters I sent her so they would all match. She was so kind and really cared that I got what I wanted. I cant say enough. Heres the AFTER shots...
Can you believe the difference?!

LOVE the new set! Love the name too! I used the Letter Boutique on ebay for DD's letters, I liked them at the time but I know they could have been better. I am looking for a vendor to to Liam's letters so im glad to see this thread. Would you mind saying how much you paid for the new set? How long did she take from order to delivery? The Letter Boutique took 12 weeks with mine.

All her prices are listed. I want to say it was $9 a letter, maybe $18 for the door art (I dont remember). When I tell you how nice they are, the pics dont do them justice at all. She painted even the sides of the letters so they look awsome from every angle. She finished them with really nice ribbon too.
They were here in roughly 6 weeks, I want to say even sooner!!! It was 4 months for the letter boutique!! And they were CRAP!
