Vegetarian..............
Hey ladies....I recently became vegetarian (it's been about 7 months)...anybody has any good recipes I can try.

I saute sliced zucchini. mushrooms, onions and garlic in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes, then add one can of diced tomatoes. Add a little white wine. Heat thru. Mix in pasta of your choice (I like Fusilli. Top with Parmesan cheese.
