Cornocopia in Sayville has a small area in the back that has lots of vegan dishes. But it's more like a small coffee shoppe style. But the food is delicious and they have take out also. They also have gluten free, etc. I stop there for a quick lunch often. Railroad Ave south to main street, in the carvel mini mall.
