vbac ladies!
there is an ICAN meeting tonight in bethpage. anyone considering a VBAC or who had a traumatic csection should attend, it is a great group of ladies, including some l&d nurses and doulas. really knowledgeable and supportive, non-judgmental group. kids and babies are always welcome too. if you want more info please FM (ill check this post periodically too).
