vaulted ceiling and hi-hats?
we are in the midst of gutting the upstairs and realized we could do vaulted ceilings in the master. what do hi-hats look like on a vaulted ceiling? anyone have pics or recs?

I don't have pics but you can do it but you want to get the ones with the adjustable part inside so you can aim the light down...otherwise it would be shining on an angle

I don't have a picture, but we have them in out kitchen/dining room which is all open with a vaulted ceiling. I think they look great (we bought the house like this so it wasn't like I designed it).
We did have a bulb die like 2 months ago and haven't changed it yet b/c it seems like a pain, but thats just us being lazy!

We have this in our great room. If I get ambitious I'll take some pics, haha! They look fine. We have one of those long arm things to change bulbs when they burn out. That said, we don't use them often, I find the direct overhead lighting to be "too much" and prefer floor lamps or wall sconces but that's just my preference. They definitely can be done on vaulted ceilings.
