Valentine Dinner Menu

So i was thinking of cooking dinner instead of going ing out since we just finished renovating our bathroom and the bills are coming in.

I know its a little early, anybody have any valentine's dinner suggestions?. this is what i was thinking so far.

shrimp cocktail
stuffed mushrooms

Dinner: Some kind of fish entree

Side: baked potato and another veggie

dessert: chocolate covered strawberries

We go out with our best friends on Vday, but one year I did cook for DH.

We had shrimp cocktail for an appetizer, then a Caesar salad.

The entree was Chicken Valentino (a chicken breast stuffed w/red pepper and fresh mozz) in a creamy pink sauce w/angel hair pasta.

Dessert was chocolate cheesecake.
