Valance for sliding glass door

The people we bought the house from left their valance on the sliding glass door and window in the kitchen for me. I'm reupholstering my dining room chairs and want to redo the valances, too.

How much am I looking at in terms of cost if I already have the frame and the fabric already?
Alternatively, I feel like I could do it myself if I could find the proper piping. Any ideas?

Where did you get yours done and have a good experience?
