V for Vendetta
DH and I saw it last night; we both really liked it. The movie was slightly different from what I expected plot wise; I thought that Natalie Portman did a good job (props for having her head shaved for the role) but the movie belongs to V (Hugo Weaving). Anyone else see it?

I saw it last night too... I thought it was okay. Interesting premise, but kind of long I thought.
DH and the friends we were with really liked it though.

Re: V for Vendetta
It was kind of long - once the TV host got taken away (what's his name again?), the focus on the main plot was lost, but I still did like the whole 'people shouldn't fear their goverment; government should fear it's people' message.

I agree with you about the message of the movie.
