Uugghh this sucks
Ok so long story short ....im 27 weeks preg and this morn my yorkie peed on the floor so no biggie i bend down to clean it up.......wham my back spazed felt like a horrible pinched nerve took me like five min to stand strand again ....still bothered me through the day came home from work this evening relaxed on my couch for a bit now have an ice pack while laying in bed and its only getting worse ...i hate that i cant take anything for it .
This happened to me years ago once i took Tylenol for it but even then the pain lasted for a few days .
This totally sucks every time i move a certain way it pinches all over again

ughhh im sorry! This happened to me 2 weeks ago...It was either from yoga or bending over a lot to do some cleaning.. STINKS!
I hope you feel better soon!!!!!

Thanx ladies ....worst well besides the pain worst part is now im having to use the bathroom like every 20 min just when it feels ok i have to get up to aggravate it all over again.
What did you use when It happened to you , ice pack ...heating pad....i really don't want to take anything i cN tolerate the pain right now but so scared it's gonna get worse.
