using a blanket
How old was your child when you let them use a blanket? I feel like I should cover Sara while is in her crib. She is 9 months old. I have a crib blanket that has holes in it so I know it is breathable.

I use a light receiving blanket, I probably started at about 5-6 months (when she sleeps in her crib, which is usually never )

I use a Halo Sleep Sack. LOOOOOOVE IT! Ava sleeps so much more soundly with it on.

I've used a crocheted blanket from day 1 with both my kids. On super cold nights, I also use the fleece Halo sleep sacks too.

I have always covered Marron. In the summer, it was a receiving blanket, and now it is a velour baby blanket. I know I would hate to sleep without being covered. She is 6 months old now. When I put her in the crib to sleep, and I put the blanket on her, she grabs onto it like she is pulling it up a bit. She obviously likes it.

i use a fleece blanket (he is 3 months) and tuck the sides down between teh matress and crib railing
