URGH! Anyone know anything about cesspools or plumbing?

So we just had to have the plumbing totally redone by our washing machine because it was leaking and a pipe was rusted through... so $675 later... it looks all pretty

Anyway, now the pipes are starting to back up... like our shower/tub doesnt drain properly and the new pipes by the washing machine are backing up and flooding... is this a problem with the cesspool? anyone have any experience with this?

Not sure what could be causing it, but my cesspool guy suggested we dry well our washer.
Meaning, I think- you dig out a ditch outside your laundry room, fill it with pebbles, and have your washer drain out directly.
He said that the washing machine adds tons of stress to the cesspool. Thats a lot of water draining at once.
You may need a roto rooter.

Are the new pipes pitched the same way the old ones were? Maybe the water isn't running out correctly.
