Upper arm weight gain - HELP
Over the past year I've noticed that my upper arms have gained SO much weight. They actually have cellulite on them I'm so unhappy with how they look that I actually avoid wearing short sleeves.
I try to get to them gym several times a week, but I can only do that some weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions for excersizes that I could do at home to help tone and slim my upper arms?

You need to do cardio for any kind of fat loss. Unfortunately we cannot just target one area, and for women, the older you get, the more fat starts to deposit in the upper arm, lower abdomen and hips. If you can't get to the gym, try to do cardio at home by running or run/walk - start with 1 mile and build from there. After the run, do some push ups (google cobra pushup to target triceps more), 3 sets of 15-20 should be good. If you can do this at least 4x a week you should start to see a difference after about 4-6weeks.
