UPDATED: what kind of "warranty" does Gucci have?

My 3 week old bag has a seam in the leather piping. I didn't think anything of it, but now it's started to peel/roll back.

Def bring it bag. They will either replace it or repair it.

Bring it back asap. They will send it out to be repaired.

UPDATE: I put the bag back in the box- I still had all of the tissue paper and everything. And, you can't even tell I used it. I just went in (with it inside the gift box and shopping bag) and said "I love this bag and I don't want to return it, but take a look and let me know what you think."

They guy noticed it right away. He said I could have a brand new one, but the store was out of stock, so they're shipping me a new one- free of charge.

Afterward, I did ask about the warranty. They said that Gucci has a 2 year warranty on hardware only- basically if a buckle or zipper breaks, but that's it. He said any damage to leather, fabric and piping is considered normal wear and tear.

But, I'm still very happy- it was a 100% drama-free experience!
