UPDATED: I'm back! I have my first doctor appointment today
and I'm so nervous I'm practically hyperventillating.  I can't sit still and I'm making myself light headed. Someone talk me down, please!
First, shame on me for not listening to LB and going to the bathroom. I waited FOREVER. When the nurse finally called me in I said "hi, when can I pee??"  I was trying to talk myself down when I opened the cup.
Something about the pregnancy board just takes away all my shame.
My doctor doesn't do internal sonograms or anything at all of interest this soon, so I got poked by him, and then poked repeatedly by the nurses who were trying to get my blood... in the end they took it from my hand.  I go back in a few weeks for the ultrasound and to FINALLY hear the heartbeat. 
And he tells me I'm due July 4. He's wrong (just like he was last time), but I'll stick to that date just to pretend the doc knows more about me than I do.

Of course I will!  Assuming I ever get out of there. I thought I could just take an extended lunch hour but now I'm remembering that my doctor can be slooooooooow. Hope not too slow.
And um, I have to pee but I don't know if I should since the appointment is only a half hour from now.

It'll be fine And I would pee because the tech told me for the internal sono it's better if your bladder is empty anyway.
