UPDATED** How bad is it that I had tunafish for lunch today??
I was craving it so badly....This was my first time since getting pregnant....it's ok, right?
Update- Well it was bad b/c Baby didnt like it at all!! I just spent the past 45 minuted puking up in the bathroom!!! I mean vicious vomit session...I havent had one of those since week 10!!!!!!!

My doc sid I can have it once a aweek if I wanted! In the first few weeks I would make a tuna melt every saturday for lunch yum

I had a tuna wrap for lunch today, you can eat it once a week. I cannot eat anyother fish as it makes me nautious, but tuna i crave!.

I have it anywhere between 1-3x a month.

Its fine. I had it yesterday. I have it about twice per month. It was soooooooooooooo good.
ETA: I was just like you during my first pregnancy. The second time around i know now I can eat almost anything except for sushi.

I had tuna for lunch today too. I was told that if it is chunk light tuna I can have a can every two weeks.
Stay away from white albacore.

The one time I had it in this pregnancy (late 1st tri) I had a vicious vomit session too. Regurgitated tuna is not the same as a fresh tuna salad

Sorry it got you sick. I've had tuna once each trimester. Next time I eat it, baby will be out. I'm going to BF so I think the restriction continues.
