UPDATED: Back from Dr Brenner
but im nervous about one thing right now....i am getting bad AF cramps. What happens if you get AF? Do they still give you an exam? oh god!!!!!!!!
UPDATE: So I met with Dr Brenner and i liked him! It was a better experience than i had with dr rosenfeld.
he spoke to me and my husband and told us that with his SA issues IUI would be good for us. i had an exam and a sonogram and they took some blood. then i spoke with a nurse who explained what you need to do when having IUI. So all I need is to wait for AF, hope that it is not 7 days late like last month and try not to get too nervous.

Yes they do...don't worry you would have to have a CD3 exam anyway. You are just getting it over with early.
It's not that bad, they see it all the time. I used to get grossed out by the whole thing, but am totally used to it now.
Good luck...I hear wonderful things about him and the one time I met him, he was a sweetheart!

also glad you liked him. where did you see him? i had my consult at the melville office, but have been going to lake success for everything else and really like the staff at lake success.

Hi Jules,
I liked Dr. Brenner too! I think I saw your husband and son in the waiting room while I was waiting to go in. He was holding a polaroid picture in his hand and I was thinking to myself I wonder if that is that women from the LI Families husband, I even said something to my husband about it. I'm glad everything went well. I'm also going to have to go through IUI next cycle. I can't wait!!! Good Luck!!!!
