I went to Couples Negril on my HM so I vote for CSA! 
Couples is an awesome resort!! and quite a few ladies on here went to CSA and have nothing but amazing things to say.
look up both resorts on tripadvisor.com for feedback.

I did CSA for our HM and LOVED IT! I believe CSA and CN both get better reviews and rankings than Sandals.

I have been to Couples Negril-- for our HM.. and after being at other resorts, including a five-star, luxury resort in Jamaica-- I would totally go with Couples.
Couples has a message board on their web site that I posted on a lot before I went. You should see what those folks think.
