Update on me
So we decided to do one more injectible cycle and then if that doesn't work we are definitely doing IVF next cycle. I want to be optomistic for next cycle, but if we do IVF the transfer will occur in february. I want to thank everyone for all their help and support, this has been such an emotional roller coaster and I am hoping I am nearing the end. DH and I agreed that with my job it would be more convenient to start after January. Does ivf increase your chances 50% or is it more?

Good luck, right now we are planning the exact same thing. I hope and everything works out for you and you won't need to go down the IVF road.
I think the success rates depend on a lot of factors, like your age, your issues, etc. but I think 50% sounds about average.

Re: Update on me
Like Carolyn said, it depends on your issues, age, quality of the egss, etc. My RE gave me a 70% chance because of my age, my eggs were good, DH's sperm was good, andI had unexplained IF.
I also think having a positive attitude is also a key factor...lots of luck to you

Re: Update on me
Good luck! I wanted to do an IUI w/Injectibles if this Clomid cycle doesn't work (and chances are it won't work). However, after meeting with our RE this past week, for us, it would basically be a waste of time, so we are moving right to IVF.
I agree with the previous posters that the success rates depend on alot of factors. Based on my age and our IF issues, my RE told us it would be about 50%

Re: Update on me
Good luck! I don't know much about IVF. Hopefully you will have success before that, and you won't need to go through it.
