UPDATE: I need lot of luck this AM....
I am running my first race this year this morning....since my knee injury a few months ago. I was doing ok until earlier this week some pain came back. But....we will go for it and see how it goes....I am so excited about this race!
It's only 5 miles....I need lots of luck...that my knee remains strong...
