update at 5.5 weeks
I'm 5.5 weeks and I just left my first sono apt. There was 1 solid amniotic sac with a yolk sac and then a smaller amniotic sack with a yolk sac.
I really can't believe it!!!!! I also will be freaking out till next week when we should hear a heart beat or 2, (I can't believe I just wrote 2) It shouldn't be a surprise,( they transferred 2 embryos) but I guess after it not working or not sticking for so long, it is hard to wrap my head around.

 my first sono was at 6w1d and we saw one sac with a heartbeat and one empty, smaller sac. the smaller sac never developed into anything and it was always empty. so if there was a yolk sac in both at 5.5w, thats at the very least a fair chance of !!
