Update-- Fert Report
 Just got the call to trigger tonight! I'm just praying all goes well and all wonderful things follow this news! 
To the girls that have done IVF b4 anything I should know about for before or after?
--Update--
So the ER went well; I didn't feel great at all after but feeling much better today. So the Fert report is in they retrieved 31 eggs, 20 matured and 13 were fertilized. These #s sound good to the IVF vets here?? I thought it sounded good and just hope we get some great quality embryos in the days to come

I think it's different for all but I know for me a heating pad really helped with the discomfort after the ER since you can't take any pain meds. This time I am taking my i-pod for my DH to hold onto so I can listen to some relaxing circle and bloom meditations post ER. I also had a massage to relax the day before the transfer and I may do that again this time. Good Luck!!!!

I was nervous my first time...second and third were much better! You will be fine! Worst part is waiting. Bring something to keep you busy- music,magazine,book...anything you want! Try your best to relax!

i had a diff ty;e of retrieval but if u r sore do not worry...i took a long nap when we got home and when i got up to pee it was the worst!
i was much better the next day

i had some light spotting and cramps after my ER. Try to get some rest and not do too much bending or lifting
