Up all night puking?
Only when I had a tummy virus 4 weeks ago other than that no vomiting only nausea.

Up all night puking?
I haven't experienced this with MS but I'm sorry you're going through it.  It's not uncommon to feel sicker at night (aside from the morning) because this is when your stomach is most empty.
What helped me after dinner and before bed when I started feeling really sick was eating Italian ices (you know the ones they sell at the supermarket in the little cups). It wasn't too much that I couldn't keep it down and it was enough to have something in my stomach.

All of this!!! I had hyperemesis and was throwing up all day and all night. They eventually had me start taking Unisom to help me sleep because if I didn't I would wake up sick. I do notice that I NEED to eat something before going to bed though to avoid an empty stomach otherwise I feel TERRIBLE!

Not with MS but when I had that tummy virus a months ago it was horrible. Feel better

Up all night puking?
I had MS where I was throwing up all day. Thank god I only had a few days where I was acutally throwing up like that. Most of the time I jsut felt like I was going to be sick or would only throw uo one or 2x during the day.

I would get that up until I was about 6 months. The doctor told me it was heartburn. I started taking Prilosec and it helped a lot
