DH usually does Godiva for his clients. For a few big clients he will buy an expensive bottle of scotch.

Our office received a basket from Murray's Cheese Shop and it was amazing!
Also love the goodies found in the Chelsea Market baskets' Fat Witch bakery. Lots of brownies and treats.
At http://www.chelseamarketbasket.com/, you can put together a basket with treats from several Chelsea Market vendors.
