uneven skin help

i have noticed that lately mt skin is lookin very uneven toned, mostly reddish in some areas, especially right under my nose i have little red veins, i feel it looks terrible
i have tried mineral makeup but it looks terrible under my eyes and makes my skin itch in the heat

any recommendations either a cream or lotion to reduce redness or a foundation
