Underwire bra
Can someone clarify about bras.... Is it ok to use an underwire bra or not.. They say it clogs the ducts... I see wired bras in the motherhood stores... Does anybody know the right answer..... Thanks .......

some people do use them. but i wouldn't suggest it. i brought 2 wired bras from motherhood while i was in my last trimester. after giving birth, my boobs are too sore to wear them (i'm BFing). and yes, they can cause clog the ducts if your breastfeeding.
