i sent my dad forms a while back for 2 different things and he got back like 2grand from one of them.
i asked for a finders fee  no such luck.

We shall see.. my maiden name popped up a hit. I find it odd since it was for something reported by a computer hardware company that I haven't purchased from in literally decades. I've been buying Dell since I moved to New York in 1999. Plus it was reported in 2014.
2014 with my Maiden name in New York?
I was married in 2003
Moved out of NY in 2009
But I gave it a go. So we'll see.

I found my grandparents on there and told my aunt years ago and she won't go and claim the money.

Super easy -- you can do the claim online. You need their SSNs though.
We did it for my DH and brother and both got checks within 2 wks.
