Umbrella stroller recommendation needed (single and double)

Please recommend your double and single umbrella stroller that reclines. If you can, tell me what you like about it and what you don't. I really need something light weight and comfortable for the boys. It also needs to easily fold and not be too bulky (am I asking for too much....LOL)

We will be going on vacation to Florida in a couple of months; they will be 20 months when we do. I don't want to take the double and single city mini (they are wayyyyyy to heavyyyyy). We did that for Puerto Rico and going through airport security was a pain....ahhhhh!

Thank you so much :)

Do they still make the Maclaren twin techno? It sounds like what you are looking for.

I just got the Maclaren Twin triumph. Both seats recline and it is very lightweight. I bought it on ebay brand new for $210

For single we have an Uppa Baby G-Lux its only 11lbs. The G-Lite (8.8lbs) is the lightest but does not recline back

We have the single g-lite. It's great. Folds small, very light and has a shoulder strap. We didn't need the recline but the g-lux is just as great.

Not quite an umbrella... but I have 20 month old twins and went to BBB to buy a double umbrella stroller, after having a convo with the sales guy he sold me on the combi double. It is SUPER light, super fast to fold up and has a big strap like a golf bag for when you have to lift it. Or because of the way it folds you can actually use one of the wheels to roll it where you need it to go. It is awesome. I have a bumble ride indi twin and while that is an awesome stroller it's not good for fast jaunts to the store etc.

It folds up super easy, you just grab two buttons right at the top and fold it in half, pop the seats up and flip a strap. They call it the 3 second fold up or something. It is so much easier than my other strollers.

I tested some of the double umbrella strollers but they are were heavier and harder to collapse. They take up almost as much space. Check out the combi, as a twin mama I have to say it has really helped me get out in the world so much more. I still love my bumbleride for big trips out to the zoo etc, but I wouldn't give up my combi for anything for daily quick outings.

Re: Umbrella stroller recommendation needed (single and double)

We just picked up a Jeep brand double umbrella stroller for our first flight and trip with our 9 month old twins. It was about $80 on amazon, no frills, but it weighs nothing (at least in comparison to the city select), seats recline by moving two clips to a lower position, and it seems decent to me. It was also very easy to maneuver which I was concerned about since I'm not used to a side by side.
