What is the copay for an ultrascreen, i have Empire BC BS....

I didnt have a co-pay. Actually I havent paid any co-pays since my first appointment after my BFP.

I had 1 co-pay. Any other times I went for screenings I didnt pay anything. I have empire bc/bs and paid $10

I dont pay copay either, just the first time, but my office is sendign my out to another place so i will have one they said...

Look on the back of your card for out of network copays... If they are sending it out. Or just call you insurance company they should be able to tell you
