ughhh
Just got really lightheaded at work, felt like I was going to pass out, I had to put my head down. Should I call the doctor and let them know? I have low blood pressure in general, but even more so now that im preggers. I feel a little better now but after I put my head down I broke out in a sweat. Advice please. TIA

how far along r u? i know when i was about 7 weeks that was happening to me, thats what made me suspect i was pregnant. i think its normal

This happened to me yesterday, I am as far along as you. I got very lightheaded in the shower, and had to get out to lay down.
I ate something a little while later and felt better. Just drink some water, maybe have something to eat and see how you feel. I am sure this weather going back and forth is not helping.
