ugh so confused - ovulating & CF question

ok, again sorry for my ignorance. this is still new too me & trying to learn as much as i can

so yesterday was my 1st day of monitoring. the follie size was 5. i was told to come back on friday. this cycle is natural since my FSH is high.

so my question i just noticed some CF. doesn't this mean i'm ovulating also, got some cramps. i know we can't have an IUI until the follie is 20.. just was confused when i saw the CF

CF in general doesn't necessarly mean you're ovulating. When you have EWCM that's typically when you are ovulating (or about to ovulate) Some women (myself included) don't always have EWCM. Best I get most months is watery. If I "help" my CM along with grapefruit juice or Fertile CM pills I get EWCM.
