Ugh, my toddler has a cough

And it's keeping her awake. I know exactly how she feels - like that itchy feeling in the back of your throat that forces you to cough.

We've tried a couple sips of water but it hasn't helped. Anything else I can try to give her to help suppress her cough?

DS has had a cough for the past few days. I've found that ice pops and even lolipops seem to sooth his throat for a while.
