Ugh, Kardashians!
so, in april I named my DD Penelope, which was a relatively uncommon name....... Kortney Kardashian just named her baby Penelope!

Join the club! We picked the name Mason right before she announced her Mason. Everyone STILL asks me if we named him Mason because of the Kardashians.

lol! The whole time I was worried about Jessica Simpson having her baby first and using that name.... Oh well, nothing I can do, she has good taste in names....

A month after I had my DD, the Duggar family had a baby and named her the same name as my kid. So I feel your pain. LOL

LOL! Me too!
DS is 3 and born in May, 2009 so i believe it was a few months b4 her Mason was born. I loved that it wasn't popular at all. I think it was in the forties or fifties with names. Everyone loved the name and how different it was. The only good thing is since he's 2009 no one is really named Mason in his school year. It will be the year after.

Yep, DD was born in June 2011 and the name was very uncommon. Then Tina Fey nee her daughter Penelope and I actually said, "its not like she's a Kardashian".
So unhappy :(

Mason was on the rise before Mason Disick was born - I think it was just a coincidence!
Hopefully Penelope doesn't get too popular now, but even if it does, your DD will be ahead of all the others in school!
