Ugh, it never ends....
We're having a bunch of work done on the house this month including new siding. When they took down the old siding they showed me where the frame around one of the windows in this storage room over the garage had completely rotted and needed to be replaced. So today they were working on that and replacing a door on the same wall. The whole wall was so rotted that the contractor FELL INTO THE WALL! Thank god he didn't get hurt. But now it's a lot more work to fix.

I am worried about the same thing when we are going to do our siding next year.

Very true. Just frustrated at how much larger in scope this whole thing became.

Def. better now then later. Got our roof done yesterday and they had to replace the 2 skylights as well. Never ending  =
