Ugh, I don't know what to do about my coffee habit
Well, somehow, someway I have to ween myself off of coffee somehow because of severe acid reflux that is actually causing my vocal cords to swell. However I get horrible headaches if I don't have my fix, plus I don't want to bring on a migraine. Grrrr...I heart starbucks

Not a big fan of tea. I'm not sure if it would cause the same issue anyway . I am seriously in so much pain right now.

well the pain should be enough to stop!!! silly...its not worth it! You could be doing major damage to your Vocal Folds (Cords...sry for the tech term)

It's okay, you can be technical. I am a soon to be SLP. So...I should know better...
One of my professors used to say
Knowledge+Attitude=Behavior
I just have a crappy attitude I guess
