Ugh! Bad Stomach

Anyone have this?
I remember with DS I went about twice a day. I keep drinking a ton of water and try eating stuff that's healthy with not a lot of fiber.

I don't take any Pepto or anything, but some days it's so bad. Good thing the office bathroom in the hall is a single bathroom and right outside me door

ALL THE TIME!!

If I eat too much dairy, if I eat too big of a meal....sometimes I think just because.....

So annoying!!
