I go to a hot yoga class at least 2-3x a week and feel it's a great workout and love the way I feel when I am going regularly.

I have seriously missed class for like a week straight between DH working late and my car suddenly having problems when I was literally getting ready to head out to class the other night.

I can really tell when I am not working out because I do feel so UGH.

I am going to have to take DS for a few long walks to make up for it.
