Uggs Cardy (crochet) Question

So I just purchased the uggs cardy (crochet) in a youth size 6 (normally wear an 8) -- and they're big on me! So, I'm exchanging them for a smaller size, but was wondering if it's worth it or not...

There is no support at the front/top of the front section (where the top of my foot would be) -- essentially, it's a sock....is that normal? Are all the cardy's like that?

I returned them too. I have "fat" feet though so I didn't like the way they looked in the Cardys. I felt like I was wearing a sock.

I just ordered another pair of Classic Tall.

Re: Uggs Cardy (crochet) Question

The thing is that a ladies size 8 is the equivalent of a children's size 6 in regular shoes. For the Ugg Cardy's they recommend that you go DOWN a size, so if you want to get the children's size, you should have ordered the size 5, makes sense?

I tried them on in the ladies size 7 and they fit perfect (I am normally a ladies size 8). Maybe cuz I tried them on with socks, but I thought they felt fine!
