I ask because at the shower one of my cousins was like wow - you look low. Maybe it's a girl Chat Icon You all know what we have been through - so this was hard for me to hear. But everyone else seems to think that I dropped a little. At 34 weeks is that right - please be honest...I can take it.

UGH - that annoys me that someone said that to you. How insensitive!

I know that Donna just wrote that she dropped - and that alot of other girls just carry lower (and they are also having boys) - I can't wait to drop to maybe have some relief!!! Chat Icon

That is so annoying!! Chat Icon

I don't know the answer to your question, but don't let people get to you! They've said we're having a girl from 2 different tests, and almost EVERYONE tells me "I don't know, you're all belly, that usually means boy!", like they'd be happy if it was wrong! Annoying!

The way you carry doesn't mean anything. People swore I was having a girl last time. And I mean EVERYBODY!!!

Well I had a boy.

I never dropped last time. This time I dropped around 33 weeks. Not sure what I am having but people are guessing girl again Chat Icon

Thanks Chat Icon I was so upset when she said it but I was in the middle of the shower and had to let it go...of course now it rears it's ugly head again. I am going to look for Donna's post.

How you carry is all an old wive's tale, all that matters is that your baby is going to be healthy and beautiful! You will "drop" as the baby is getting ready to be delivered! Chat Icon

I was carrying high since the very beginning. I dropped so low the other day I sometimes feel like I have a flat belly and keep checking b/c It feels weird.

I can move aroudn a tad bit easier, like getting out of bed, but not much else Chat Icon
