We r doing this now for #2. For DS we did uius and got preggo on our 5th one with injectibles. This time I wanted to try w/o meds - so we started accupuncture herbs and diet changes and giving it a little more time. so - not a successs story but hopefully.

I did for 8 months. Also took herbs and a special diet for PCOS. I have to say even though it regulated my cycles I wish I would have been more aggressive. I do not like taking medication and I thought this might be the right route. It ended up in the end that I should have had DH going as well. But, going 2x a week $85 a time I couldn't afford it. I have to say if I had to do it again I wouldn't go this route.

I did go for almost a year and before my IVF and during all of my treatments. It did bring balance to my body and I believe it did work in a sense but, in my case it was not enough but, I would recommend doing it with other treatments.

I tried acupuncture before moving on to the RE. I had heard about ppl being successful with accupuncture on the news.

I enjoyed going and it really helped my stress. It didn't work for me as far as fertility. I

I think it depends on your time frame and if you have any known issues. If you have time and you want to try it, then go for it but I would have a cut off time..."If this doesn't work by *PICK A MONTH* then I will move on"

That being said, I have heard from some women who did it while seeing specialists and they felt it was a helpful part to their treatment.

When I did a couple of sessions of acupuncture she said it could take 3-6 months going 2x a week to really see the benefits
