Twilight Turtle
Does your DC like it? Is it good for a newborn?
Do you think it's a good baby shower gift or I could find something better?
(This won't be the only gift I went in with my SIL's for the stroller and just want to get something else small.. it's a boy)

Re: Twilight Turtle
I have it. It's ok. It turns off after 45 minutes or so and if my son wakes up, he freaks out because it is dark.

Re: Twilight Turtle
I love our twilight turtle. It's the only thing that keeps DS in his bed besides his curious george. It's the best. Kinda like a glow worm only better.

Re: Twilight Turtle
My DD loves it but it wasn't until recently that she took a real interest in it. She is now 9 months. I think it's a perfect gift. It totally occupies her while she's trying to fall asleep at night.

Yeah-I don't see the magic in ours. No great thing to me. I'd rather get a cribside aquarium or something.

Re: Twilight Turtle
DS loves his Twilight Turtle! He didn't "get it" the first couple months he had the turtle, but now he doesn't go to bed without it! He likes staring at the stars on the wall and changing the colors on the turtle.

Re: Twilight Turtle
I have the twilight lady bug and I love it! Of course, Lucy has no idea what it is though. When she was a newborn, I loved it b/c I would change her diapey under the stars. Plus, I hate plugin night lights (fearful of fire)
