Any hotel recommendations? I want to go in April for my birthday, just me and my bf and would like something on the nice side...not Beaches resort though. And any outside activities/restaurants/shopping you can recommend. Thanks

We stayed at Seven Stars and it was great. Go to da Conch Shack for dinner and rum punch one night ( but don't drink as much as I did lol). If you are a dog person check out the Potcake rescue right in town. You can adopt a puppy for the day and walk it on the beach and hang out with it. we borrowed bikes from the hotel and rode around a bit of the island. It's a safe island. We also did a sunset cruise on like a small boat with a few other couples and that was really nice too. You'll love it!
Oh - it's a great location right by the little town, and also right in the center of the beach strip with all the hotels. You can walk for what feels like miles on the beach and go to the other hotel restaurants etc. we had lunch at the gansevoort which also looks like an awesome hotel.

I was looking into the Gansevoort. They have a 4th night free promotion going on. And also the The Regent I looked into. I'll check out Seven Stars. Thanks!

Ganesvoort is my favorite. Hated regent palms.
Loved amanyara, but it's like 1000s a night. Very secluded and far from restaurants.

I actually love the Regent Palms and have been twice. Favorite place to eat is Coco Bistro, but you have to make a rezzie as it's pretty popular.
